タイトルは「内省経験の差がもたらす修羅場におけるリーダーシップの違い:ファミリービジネス後継経営者の事例研究を通じて」、同英文タイトルは “The effect of differences in levels of self-reflection experiences on differences in leadership style through hardships: From family business successors’ case studies” です。

Abstract

This study looks at some cases where family business successors spent time in self-reflection and discusses the implications of how these experiences can help successors grow as leaders. Cases of family business successors at the helm of their company while experiencing extreme hardship are used. The author examine how did the successors manage to take control of these situations, and more specifically, what points were different between successors with many self-reflection experiences and successors with few experiences. The author then educes what was useful from these experiences for business people in general, especially family business successors. After consideration, 4 points were implied to significantly impact the growth of leaders. 1) Defer judgment, 2) Look for something you missed, 3) Accept other peoples’ ideas and background, and 4) Ask yourself what you want to be and your goals are.
